5 Days from and to Marrakech Via Merzouga Desert

1st day: transfer to your accommodation
The first thing after your arrival in Morocco is that we move you to your accommodation in the city of Marrakech.

2nd day of the trip: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Boumalen Dades

We pick you up at your accommodation in Marrakech. The tour has just begun; We leave for the Gorges of Dades. We will take you through Tizi-n-Tishka / Tishka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains. Later, we visited the world heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou. It has also been the backdrop for many films such as Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator and Alexander. After lunch, we enjoy the fascinating landscapes and cultural monuments of Taourirt Kasbah in Ourzazate and the Valley of Roses. It is famous for its annual Festival of Roses. We also passed through the Berber villages of El Kelaa N M’Gouna / The Castle of Mgon and Boumalene Dades, where we spent the night

3rd day: from the Dades valley through the Todra gorge to Merzouga:

Today’s destination is to reach Merzouga. It is known for the highest sand dunes of North Africa. The desert is an integral part of the nature of Morocco. It is called Erg Chebbi Sahara desert and it is a unique and multifaceted environment. On our way, we have the opportunity to see many oases as the oasis of Tinjdad. Our guide is to continue our tour through the Berber cities of Mellab and Touroug. Then we arrive at Rissani, where we usually have lunch. This break is almost 30 minutes. We continue our way to enjoy the green oasis of palm trees of Ziz -Tafilalet before reaching Merzouga, After a glass of mint tea, all the luggage is left in the hotel. The 90 minute camel trek takes us to a Berber camp in the middle of the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. It is the highest in North Africa. The evening includes a dinner followed by entertainment animated by Berber drums.

 

4th Day: From Merzouga to Ouarzazate:

The sunrise there is worth noting. That is why you must get up and climb the sand dunes to take advantage of the opportunities of the photographs. Our guide then returns to the hotel to take a shower and breakfast. Later, our trip lasts to Ouarzazate, through the center of Alnif, the city of Tazzarine, the city of Nkob and the Draa valley. It is called the longest river in Morocco. We spent the night in a guesthouse in Ouarzazate.

 5th Day: From Ouarzazate – Marrakech, airport

Breakfast comes first like today. We drive to Marrakech and go through the chain of mountains of the High Atlas,
