7-Day Hiking Tour from Marrakech through Telouet and the Ounila Valley to Skoura

This trekking adventure starts in Marrakech with a morning departure via the Tizi n’Tichka pass to Telouet, where you will explore the historic Telouet Kasbah and stay overnight in a guesthouse.

The second day covers approximately 12 km of trekking through the Ounila Valley, passing traditional Berber villages and terraced fields, with a picnic lunch. The day ends in Tighza village with an optional visit to local salt mines and overnight in a guesthouse.

Day three includes a 15 km hike through the Ounila Valley and Anmiter village, trekking past olive groves and remarkable rock formations, with overnight camping or guesthouse accommodation near the valley.

On day four, the trek continues for about 16 km to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Aït Ben Haddou. Here, you will explore the traditional mudbrick ksar and stay overnight in a guesthouse.

Day five offers a leisurely morning in Aït Ben Haddou before trekking approximately 10 km to the village of Tamdakht, where you will enjoy panoramic High Atlas views and overnight in a local guesthouse.

Day six involves a longer trek of about 18 km towards Skoura oasis, passing rivers, green valleys, and villages, with time to explore historic kasbahs before an overnight stay.

The final day includes a relaxed morning in Skoura with an optional visit to Kasbah Amridil before transferring back to Marrakech via the Tizi n’Tichka pass, arriving late afternoon.
